Pricing questions
How am I billed?
By bank transfer, monthly or annually. Choosing annual billing charges for eleven months instead of twelve. There is no card on file and no automatic charge.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect once approved, and the difference for the remainder of your period is calculated for you. Downgrades apply from your next renewal so you keep what you have paid for.
What is a stock location?
A place you hold stock — a shop, a storeroom, a van. Each plan includes a number of them, and quantities are tracked per location.
What happens if I go over my user limit?
The system will not let you add a user beyond your plan limit. Move up a plan and the extra seats become available.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You apply, we review, and billing is arranged by bank transfer.
