Can I edit a quotation after sending it?
Yes, while it is still open. Once converted, the invoice becomes the live document.
Does converting a quotation change my stock?
Stock moves when the invoice is posted, not when the quotation is created — a quote is not a commitment of stock.
Can I quote for services as well as products?
Yes. Services are simply products that are not stock-tracked, so they quote and invoice the same way.
